Delivery Within Singapore
We offer free courier delivery for orders over $80 in Singapore. Orders will be delivered by local courier within 1-3 business days of ordering. Please note that orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed by our warehouse on Monday.
Delivery fee for local orders below $80 is SGD $5.
If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to contact us by email or whatsapp. We'll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Please note that as our store processes orders in Singapore Dollars, if you're checking out in a foreign currency there may be some minor fluctuations to the shipping rate you see in your cart as the exchange rate is calculated in real time.
Standard delivery times are within 4-7 business days, depending on location. Due to logistics disruptions from COVID-19, there may be unexpected delays in deliveries. We ship using tracked, door-to-door express couriers such as DHL Express and FedEx, depending on location.
Please note if your country imposes taxes, customs fees, or import duties on your purchase, you will be responsible for paying them. You can contact your local customs office for further info.
You'll have 30 days from the date your swimsuits arrive to try them on in the comfort of your own home. For obvious reasons, please make sure you keep your undies on and leave all hygiene stickers and tags intact. If the swimwear looks worn or used we will not be able to accept the return. We know you wouldn't do that - but we just need to say it anyway.
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS: qualify for a full refund back to your original method of payment.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS (Price marked down): eligible for return for store credit only. No refunds will be offered. (Note that if you use a promo code on your purchase of a regular priced item, you would still qualify for a refund as this does not make it a sale item).
Note that items marked as FINAL SALE, sunscreen, health and beauty products and hair accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. Check the Shipping and Returns tab on the product description for individual return eligibility.
Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Items purchased using store credit will be refunded via store credit.
Singapore Returns / Exchanges
By Courier: Contact us to arrange a courier to pick up your order or notify us of items you'd like to exchange. For regular priced items, we cover the cost of return shipping. For sale & clearance items, you can purchase a return shipping label from us or send it back to our warehouse using your own method of shipping.
In Person: You can also bring your items to our store at i12 Katong for a return or exchange. For exchanges please contact us ahead of time to make sure the item you is in stock at the store and we can put it aside for you.
Once your items has been received and inspected, we will refund your order to the original method of payment / issue a store credit or send out your items for exchange.
You will need to send your items back to our warehouse in Singapore using the shipping method of your choice. We are unable to cover the cost of international return shipping. To return an item, please hit reply to your order confirmation email and shoot us a note with the items you'd like to return and we'll provide you with the shipping address.
Once your items has been received and inspected, we will refund your order to the original method of payment / issue a store credit.
