Refund Policy

RETURNS

We want to make sure you get the perfect fit, so if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase you can send it back to us, on us, which means we'll cover the cost of return shipping (regular priced items only). You'll have 14 days from the date your swimwear arrives to try them on in the comfort of your own home. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange anymore. Please note sunscreen products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all hygiene stickers and tags intact. If the items look used or worn in any way we will not be able to accept the return.

To complete your return, please follow the return instructions included with your delivery. We will cover the cost of return shipping for regular priced items within Singapore; however, we are not able to cover the cost of returns for sale / markdown items.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return your item as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Regular priced items are eligible for a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However, original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.

Sale/markdown items are eligible for store credit. Store credit will be applied to your account within one business day of approval and can be used across multiple future transactions with no expiry date.

Note: we do not offer exchanges at this time. Instead, you can return your order and place a new order with the required size or we recommend ordering different sizes at once and returning those pieces that don't fit rather than placing multiple orders.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE

If you live outside of Singapore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the new order to you will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As this is not in our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
