Refund policy
RETURNS
You'll have 30 days from the date your swimsuits arrive to try them on in the comfort of your own home. For obvious reasons, please make sure you keep your undies on and leave all hygiene stickers and tags intact. If the swimwear looks worn or used we will not be able to accept the return. We know you wouldn't do that - but we just need to say it anyway.
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS: qualify for a full refund back to your original method of payment.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS (Price marked down): eligible for return for store credit only. No refunds will be offered. (Note that if you use a promo code on your purchase of a regular priced item, you would still qualify for a refund as this does not make it a sale item).
Note that items marked as FINAL SALE, sunscreen, health and beauty products and hair accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. Check the Shipping and Returns tab on the product description for individual return eligibility.
Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Items purchased using store credit will be refunded via store credit.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return your item as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Regular priced items are eligible for a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. However, original shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Sale/markdown items are eligible for store credit. Store credit will be applied to your account within one business day of approval and can be used across multiple future transactions with no expiry date.
Note: we do not offer exchanges at this time. Instead, you can return your order and place a new order with the required size or we recommend ordering different sizes at once and returning those pieces that don't fit rather than placing multiple orders.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS OUTSIDE OF SINGAPORE
If you live outside of Singapore, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the new order to you will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As this is not in our control, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
