Shipping
We offer free standard courier shipping for orders over AU$150. Orders will be sent out from Singapore within 1-2 business days of ordering. Please note that orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed by our warehouse on Monday. Standard shipping times are 3-10 business days from date of shipping, depending on location.
Shipping fee for orders below AU$150 is AU$20.
If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to contact us by email or whatsapp. We will inform you of the fees for express shipping and do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as possible!
Duties
We are happy to inform you that we will cover the cost of all import taxes and duties for shipping into Australia, so you can shop worry free.
Returns & Exchanges
You'll have 30 days from the date your products arrive to try them on in the comfort of your own home. For obvious reasons, please make sure you keep your undies on and leave all hygiene stickers and tags intact. If the item looks worn or used we will not be able to accept the return. We know you wouldn't do that - but we just need to say it anyway.
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS: qualify for a full refund back to your original method of payment.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS (Price marked down): eligible for return for store credit. No refunds will be offered. (Note that if you use a promo code on your purchase of a regular priced item, you would still qualify for a refund as this does not make it a sale item).
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Contact us to notify us of items you'd like to return. We'll direct you to our returns portal where you can purchase a return shipping label to return your item to our closest Australian warehouse.
Once your items have been received and inspected, we will refund your order to the original method of payment / issue a store credit for sale items. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Items purchased using store credit will be refunded via store credit.
Note that items marked as FINAL SALE, sunscreen, health and beauty products and hair accessories are not eligible for return or exchange. Check the Shipping and Returns tab on the product description to see if items are eligible for returns.
